Delete your account
You can delete your Trauk account and the personal information associated with it at any time. No sign-in is needed to make a request.
Delete from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from the Trauk app: go to Profile → Delete account and follow the steps. This deletes your account immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will take care of it:
Please include the phone number associated with your account so we can identify it. We may ask a quick verification question to protect your information.
What happens to your data
- Your account, name, email address and phone number are deleted.
- Loyalty balances and activity are removed from your profile.
- We may keep limited information where required by law or for legitimate security reasons.
Requests are reviewed and processed by our team — deletion is not instant. We aim to respond within 30 days.
