Trauk Terms of Service

Welcome to Trauk. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Trauk platform, website, applications, loyalty programs, offers, rewards, and related services.

By creating an account or using Trauk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Trauk.

1. About Trauk

Trauk provides a digital loyalty platform that allows customers to participate in loyalty programs, collect stamps or points, receive rewards, discover offers, and interact with participating businesses.

Trauk may provide technology and services to participating businesses that operate their own loyalty programs, offers, rewards, and promotions.

2. Customer Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain Trauk features.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information.
  • Keeping your account information up to date.
  • Protecting access to your account.
  • Not sharing access to your account with another person.
  • Not using another person's account without authorization.

You may be required to verify your phone number or email address.

3. Loyalty Programs

Loyalty programs available through Trauk are operated by participating businesses.

Each business may establish its own:

  • Stamp or point system.
  • Earning rules.
  • Rewards.
  • Redemption requirements.
  • Expiration rules.
  • Program terms.

Trauk provides the technology that supports these programs but does not determine the individual rules of every participating business.

A business may change, suspend, or end its loyalty program subject to applicable law and its own published terms.

4. Offers

Businesses may publish promotional offers through Trauk.

Offers may have conditions including:

  • Expiration dates.
  • Redemption limits.
  • Customer eligibility requirements.
  • Location restrictions.
  • Purchase requirements.
  • Single-use or multiple-use restrictions.

The specific terms displayed with an offer apply to that offer.

Trauk does not guarantee that an offer will remain available for any particular period.

5. Rewards

Rewards are provided according to the rules established by the participating business.

A reward may have an expiration date, redemption limit, or other conditions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable reward requirements before attempting to redeem a reward.

6. Business Responsibility

Participating businesses are responsible for:

  • Their loyalty programs.
  • Their offers.
  • Their rewards.
  • Their pricing and promotions.
  • The accuracy of information they publish.
  • Honouring valid rewards and offers according to their stated terms.

Trauk is not responsible for a business's products, services, pricing, or independent business practices.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Trauk for unlawful purposes.
  • Create fraudulent accounts.
  • Manipulate stamps, points, rewards, or offers.
  • Attempt to redeem a reward fraudulently.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of Trauk.
  • Attempt to access another user's account.
  • Reverse engineer or abuse the platform.
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content.
  • Use Trauk in a way that could damage the platform or other users.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

Trauk may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including where there is suspected fraud, abuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

A participating business may also have rules governing participation in its loyalty program.

9. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep Trauk available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

Trauk may temporarily suspend or modify portions of the service for maintenance, security, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

10. Intellectual Property

Trauk and its associated software, designs, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and technology are owned by or licensed to Trauk and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use Trauk only for its intended purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Trauk's platform or materials without authorization.

Business logos, names, images, and other materials uploaded by participating businesses remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

11. Third-Party Services

Trauk may use third-party services to provide certain functionality, including authentication, messaging, payments, hosting, analytics, or other technical services.

Your use of certain features may therefore also be subject to applicable third-party terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of Trauk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the platform or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of Trauk after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
