To keep sign-in secure, Trauk processes limited technical information, including:

Trauk uses only strictly necessary browser storage (local storage) to keep you signed in and to remember the loyalty cards you have opened on your device.
Trauk does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel), session-recording tools or other third-party trackers.
If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

3. Loyalty Programs and Participating Businesses
Trauk provides technology that allows businesses to operate their own loyalty programs.
When you join a business's loyalty program, that business may receive access to information associated with your participation in its program.
Depending on the features enabled by the business, this may include:
- Your name
- Loyalty activity
- Stamps or points
- Rewards
- Reward redemptions
- Offers
- Reviews or ratings you submit
Businesses do not automatically receive access to loyalty activity associated with unrelated businesses.
Each participating business may also have its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of businesses whose loyalty programs you join.
4. Promotional Communications
Trauk does not currently send promotional or marketing campaigns.
When you create an account, you may indicate whether you would like to receive promotional emails in the future. We record this choice. If promotional communications are introduced later, they will only be sent where permitted by applicable law (including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation), with your consent where required, and every message will include a way to unsubscribe.
You will continue to receive essential communications related to your account, security, sign-in and the operation of the Services.
5. SMS and Phone Verification
Trauk may use third-party telecommunications providers to send one-time verification codes and other permitted SMS communications.
Your phone number may therefore be processed by our service providers for authentication, fraud prevention, delivery, and related technical purposes.
Trauk does not use your phone number to send promotional messages unless permitted by applicable law and, where required, you have provided the appropriate consent.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile provider.
